To support the Food and Beverage Manager, overseeing the smooth running of the department. With responsibility for increasing profitability through customer service and controlling staff costs.
Main Duties:
• Produce a weekly rota for front-of-house staff
• Liaise with the F&B Manager to ensure the rota is within budget
• Work regular shifts, carrying out duties to an exceptional standard
• Train front-of-house staff to a high standard
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• Oversee the maintenance of the cellar
• Monitor training and standards
• Support the F&B Manager in setting up and running functions
• In the absence of the F&B Manager, oversee sales and marketing, finances, and health and safety
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
