Product Owner – Employee Experience
Worcester with a balance of home and office working
£67,499 - £71,052 per year
35 hours per week
This role sits in the Change & Support Team in People Services, and will also work closely with the wider Product Team (Employee Experience) in Technology. The Change & Support Team manage change across Sanctuary's People, HR and Payroll Services, and the People systems and processes across Sanctuary Group.
The role of Product Owner – Employee Experience will include:
* Defining and communicating the Product vision and strategy in alignment with Customer and business goals
* Developing and managing the Product roadmap, setting clear priorities, collaborating with Executive and Senior Leadership to ensure the Product aligns with Group Strategy
* Owning and managing the Product backlog, ensuring continuous prioritisation based on customer needs, value, risk and effort
* Leading the team of Process Owners to ensure that user stories and requirements are clearly defined and actionable
Skills and experiences:
* Recent experience of undertaking a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Prince2 Practitioner or similar
* A good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central suite of products is an advantage

* Role salary is £63,196 with an additional policy allowance of £4,303 per annum (rising to £66,522 with an additional policy allowance of £4,530 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
