We’re looking for a Project Manager, Associate Level to join our growing Water Solutions team in London, St Albans, Croydon, or Basingstoke. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of Southern Water's £3.7 billion capital delivery programme, working on projects ranging from small rural sites to multi-million-pound schemes, covering both water and wastewater (Infrastructure and Non-Infrastructure). The frameworks run for seven and five years, respectively, with the option to extend for an additional 5 years. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to two major frameworks as part of this investment: Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP) Framework: Supporting our Tier 1 Contractor on Lot 1 (non-infrastructure water projects) and Lot 2 (non-infrastructure wastewater projects). Low Complexity Delivery Route Lot 2 (Wastewater Infrastructure) Framework and Strategic Delivery Partner (SDP) Lot 3 Infrastructure Framework : Partnering exclusively with a Tier 1 contractor to deliver sustainable, high-quality water and wastewater solutions. Working flexibly from Southern UK locations, you’ll visit client sites in and around Brighton and collaborate with teams across multi-year frameworks. Manage contracts, including NEC forms, and oversee scope, budget, and timelines. Handle change management, including documenting warnings, preparing variations, and negotiating changes. Develop project timelines, identifying risks, dependencies, and resources. Ensure quality management processes are followed across all activities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder engagement. Oversee subcontractor and supply chain performance to meet project needs. Lead bid management for design tenders and framework contracts. Take on line management responsibilities, guiding and managing junior staff, and conducting performance evaluations.
