Experian Global Security Office (EGSO) is looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate about making a difference, and has the qualifications needed to lead our organization's cybersecurity efforts.
The Mergers & Acquisitions Cybersecurity Specialist will be an important member of the Experian M&A team and will manage cybersecurity activities surrounding our mergers and acquisitions.
We are looking for someone who can work in collaboration with multiple partners to ensure that our cybersecurity goals are achieved.
You will have the experience to develop solutions to align to our security needs.
For this role we ask you be prepared to come into our office in London Victoria on occasion.
In this role you will report to the M&A Security Lead Qualifications Summary of Primary Responsibilities Manage all cybersecurity activities surrounding Experian's mergers and acquisitions programs to include acquisitions, divestitures, and venture investments Analyze potential target companies for maturity in their security programs and help develop a holistic risk score for possible acquisitions.
Manage contracting firms, supporting delivery of onboarding requirements.
Maintain the M&A security due diligence program by including past lessons learned and latest threats.
Collaborate with partners to ensure our cybersecurity goals are achieved and risks from M&A are managed and tracked.
Communicate with internal Senior Leadership and external partners.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on cybersecurity activities and findings from Due Diligence.
Keep up to date on security trends and threats.
What your background is Experience in information security & compliance.
Experience working as a Cyber/Information Security Consultant Previous experience as a consultant in the technology and cybersecurity space.
Proficiency and prior work experience in multiple cybersecurity technical domains (i.e.
Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Security Architecture, Software Security, IAM, Encryption) Experience with system development lifecycle including relationship with technology deployment Experience with working across enterprise programs in a matrixed organization.
Drive quick decisions on complex topics with large partner groups Financial skills and budgetary planning experience Additional Information Benefits package includes: Flexible work environment, working hybrid or in the office if you prefer.
