We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a world leading luxury retail brand with strong connections to the HNWI market place in the Middle East countries and India. Your overall role will be to meeting new and existing contacts and to network/develop and grow business from the HNWI market from the Middle East and India to the UK market place.Location of the job Hybrid - 3 days a week office based (near to Oxford) remote WFH work / travel to MEA & India when applicable Language requirements for the job Fluency in English is essential. Job responsibilities of the Business Development Manager As Business Development Manager, you will focus on business development of new and existing relationships and business/private networks of the HNWI markets from the Middle East and Indian market.You role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities: Define and implement the Middle East and India business development strategy Manage relationships with local agents, DMCs, concierge, chauffeur companies and Embassies Identify and target companies who have both "HNW" and "Quality" client/employee databases Work collaboratively alongside Private Client Service Director and Partnership Director to acquire and manage HNW guests Create and implement Events Share best practice with other European teams to leverage new and existing relationships Lead and support Middle East phone calls and meetings as the specialist and ensure all actions are clearly cascaded to relevant parties The successful candidate background Fluency in English is essential. Fluency also in Arabic is a preference but not essential Have a strong background in the Middle East or Indian HNWI community with excellent HNWI networks and contacts and a good understanding of luxury retail/leisure brands A proven track record in luxury, such as Luxury Hotels, Private Jets, Travel Trade, or partnership/loyalty programs is essential Proven track record in selling a luxury destination is highly desirable Be highly self-motivated, capable of developing a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and signing up companies to support the brand experience Logical thinker, detail oriented, precise and efficient Flexible work style; adapts approach and communication style Results driven Positive and solution oriented Track record of managing high volumes of work Able to work with minimum supervision UK resident or valid Visa to work in the UK - UK Driver Licence and valid Passport Salary, benefits and working hours Up to £55,000 excellent benefits To apply for this exceptional opportunity, please apply and forward a copy of your up-to-date CV.Contact: Jonathan Grimes
