As a Telesales Executive, you will engage with businesses on behalf of our clients, generating leads, setting sales appointments, updating company details, and conducting surveys. This role is flexible and offers the opportunity for career progression, with potential to advance to Senior Telesales Executive and Team Leader roles.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact businesses to schedule qualified sales appointments
2. Generate leads and update company information
3. Conduct telephone surveys on behalf of clients
Required Skills & Experience:
4. Confident speaking with senior decision-makers
5. Excellent communication skills and clear telephone manner
6. Strong time management and self-motivation
7. Ability to work both independently and within a team
8. Must live within a commutable distance to Shirley, Solihull
Career progression includes potential advancement to Senior Telesales Executive and Team Leader positions with different pay structures.
