ROLE PURPOSE Working closely with the HR Manager, this role will support the business in all aspects of HR administration, in particular supporting in maintaining HR Platforms, records management, and data compliance. In addition to HR support, this role will support on administrative tasks for facilities, Health & Safety and I.First line support for HR related queries and function administrative tasks
Maintenance of HR Platforms
Supporting in recruitment activities
Ensure all data captured and records kept are compliant with Data Protection/GDPR regulations.

Previous HR Administration experience and understanding of HR processes
Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Level 3 CIPD Qualified (desirable)
Good problem solving and project management skills (desirable)
