As an Employer Relationship Manager in our Adult Skills (ASF) team, your sole responsibility and focus will be to ensure that we have a pipeline of vacancies sourced through local employers offering guaranteed interviews for learners on completion of Tailored Employment Programmes with Realise.

Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for learners who are completing Tailored Employment Programmes (TEP).
2. Develop partnerships with employers to create roles and interview opportunities for TEP learners.
3. Identify seasonal opportunities available and ensure that employers are aware of TEPs as a potential recruitment solution.
4. Establish strong partnerships with local recruitment agencies to signpost learners and open interview opportunities.
5. Ensure that Realise hits the required number of job outcomes for learners completing our programmes.
6. Connect businesses with the Realise TEP offer to ensure employment opportunities.
7. Collaborate with training teams to understand learners’ skills and match them to appropriate job roles.
8. Support employers in understanding the benefits of hiring trained learners.
9. Be the main point of contact for our established large employer accounts ensuring that their needs are fully met, and they are account managed well.
10. Organise and attend employer networking events, job fairs, and employer engagement activities.
11. Work closely with the Realise Progression team to ensure learners are job-ready.
12. Track employment outcomes and provide regular reports on engagement success and learner progression.
13. Stay informed on local labour market trends and employer needs to tailor engagement strategies.
14. Promote the Realise recruitment offer on social media platforms.
15. Work with the Regional Sales Manager and local BDMs to ensure that overall contractual targets are met.

About You:
* Proven experience in employer engagement, business development, recruitment, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Ability to understand employer needs and match them with suitable candidates.
* Knowledge of local labour markets and industries.
* Experience working with learners, job seekers, or workforce development programs is desirable.
* Outstanding organisational skills.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Ability to use social media platforms and CRM systems.
* Inquisitive mind and drive to continually source new business opportunities, growth and learner engagement.
* An understanding and knowledge of the Adults Skills landscape is desirable.
