This position is essential for ensuring all products contain the necessary and relevant market-specific information for effective marketing and sales. As the business continues its digital transformation, delivering accurate and timely information to our clients is paramount. Day-to-day of the role: Update and maintain existing product information across 3000 SKUs to achieve at least 75% completeness using an external content platform. Research new solutions and gather associated information to enhance product offerings. Update our online product selector with the latest compatibility information. Manage the flow of information required from various departments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create new parts in the system based on inputs from the Sales Department, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong research skills and the ability to manage large sets of data effectively. Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable learning new digital tools. Good communication skills to coordinate with different departments and gather necessary information.
