We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to our Managing Director. As a personal assistant you will play a vital role in the daily running of the company, providing excellent organisational and efficient support to our MD and other department managers.

Job description
Working alongside the Managing Director you will be supporting them with:
* Providing excellent administrative support to the Managing Director in day-to-day operations
* Managing schedules and appointments
* Attending meetings, taking notes, and following up with actions
* Processing the Managing Director's written and email correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the MD or on behalf of the MD, or other staff as appropriate
* Supporting the MD to drive growth and meet business strategic targets
* Driving projects forward on behalf of the MD
* Acting as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across the business
* Arranging travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries as required
* Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as required
* Screening calls, enquiries, and requests and dealing with them when appropriate
* Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared when needed
What we are looking for
* Proven experience supporting director level or above
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Able to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Ability to adapt to last minute changes
* Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
