Now we are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join the team in Luton, UK. ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to p rovide marketing and administrative support for the global OAG Marketing team to help accomplish various marketing activities such as campaigns, projects and events. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Providing administrative support to ensure the marketing housekeeping functions run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. This includes, but not exclusive to: Processing purchase orders and accurately recording our marketing expenditure Sourcing and maintaining stock of branded items and organising deliveries to our global offices and customers Ensuring all our marketing folders contain relevant and up-to-date collateral. Organising and maintaining our image library to better support our Content and Digital team Providing logistical support for our global events and customer engagements by: Managing registrations Coordinating collateral Organising stand equipment. Supplying event materials to the Content and Sales teams to maximize exposure and engagement Enhancing event visibility through our website and online event platform Overseeing the integration and organisation of event and customer lead data into our CRM system (Hubspot) Ensuring all collateral complies with OAG brand guidelines and that all relevant materials are current, organised, and presented as the latest versions across all platforms. Ensuring all corporate membership benefits and partnerships are fully utilized and online portals are kept up to date with the latest corporate assets and product information. Maintaining and ensuring all our complimentary product subscriptions are recorded correctly, detail start/end dates and comply with agreements. Supporting and collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified and effective marketing effort.
