Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director – Large Deals to lead high-value enterprise sales within the [specific industry: Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Retail / Fintech] sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong C-level engagement, and the ability to close multi-million-dollar deals. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion while working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Large Deal Management : Lead and drive high-value enterprise sales, typically in the range of $10M+ contracts, for clients in specific industry: Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Retail / Fintech .
* Strategic Sales Planning : Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand market share and revenue growth .
* Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers .
* Solution Selling : Understand client challenges and position [relevant industry solutions such as cloud, ERP, IoT, AI, automation, or digital transformation] to drive business impact.
* Bid & Proposal Leadership : Lead the end-to-end sales process, including RFPs, solution presentations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations .
* Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams, to ensure alignment with client needs.
* Competitive & Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
* Revenue Forecasting & Pipeline Management : Provide accurate sales projections and ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Key Requirements:
* Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in [Oil & Gas / Manufacturing / Retail / Fintech], with a strong understanding of market dynamics and key industry trends.
* Proven Track Record : 10+ years in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated history of closing large-scale deals ($10M+ value) .
* C-Level Stakeholder Management : Strong ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with CEOs, CIOs, and senior leadership teams .
* Business Development & Consultative Selling : Expertise in identifying business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving digital transformation initiatives .
* Contract & Commercial Negotiation : Proficiency in structuring complex deals, pricing models, and legal contract negotiations .
* Technology & Solutions Knowledge : Familiarity with [relevant industry technologies, e.g., ERP (SAP, Oracle), cloud solutions, AI, automation, IoT, fintech platforms, or supply chain solutions] .
* Global Sales Exposure : Experience in handling international clients and multi-country sales operations is a plus.
