Job Title: CI Manager

About the Role:
As a CI Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving processes across our manufacturing operations, driving gains in efficiencies, capacity, and throughput. You will support the integration of new processes and standardization of existing ones, leveraging your expertise in lean tools and process development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with Senior Leadership Team and group to design, deliver, and review best-practice processes
* Effectively utilize tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, and Time in Motion
* Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities and achieve target savings through the use of lean tools
* Support teams to coach and train tools and principles that build and embed a Right First Time / Lean culture
* Determine and introduce training/development initiatives to further the site's capabilities
* Develop and maintain new and existing relationships to share and develop best practice standards
* Design and support implementation projects where process improvement is in scope
* Create ownership and capability development programs
* Recommend, develop, and introduce appropriate systems to embed and support the continued evolution of a CI culture within the company operations
Requirements:
* Proven background in delivering quantifiable change within organizations through improving systems and processes using lean tools
* A background in manufacturing or industrial engineering or similar/formal lean training
* Experience in capex justification and project delivery
* Engaging style, passionate communicator
* Robust analytical toolkit
* Strong change agent

Package Details:
* Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
