Calling all Teaching Assistants!
Due to an increase in demand, new and exciting positions have opened up in the Spilsby area for Primary School Teaching Assistants who would benefit from the variety and flexibility of supply placements. We have roles starting in the new academic year, covering EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
The type of work you undertake will be varied in line with your skills and expertise, but will include (though not be limited to) small group academic interventions/boosters, 1-1 behaviour or emotional needs support, or relevant experience supporting younger pupils in the Early Years provisions of schools we partner with.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be willing to work on a full-time basis, with access to their own vehicle being advantageous. Assisting the teacher, you will motivate, support, and encourage a diverse and ever-evolving classroom. You will facilitate students' needs, development, and record observations to report back to the teacher.
Hours will be in line with school opening times (08:30-15:30), but days of work can be flexible, and occasionally just mornings or afternoons. We will give you the opportunity to manage your own time around your commitments.

In return, you will receive a competitive salary paid weekly, without deductions or umbrella companies. We offer exciting opportunities and provide free and discounted CPD opportunities to help you progress in your school support career.
