The Role
As a Junior Finance Assistant, you will:
1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
2. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
3. Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting activities.
4. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable.
5. Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments.
6. Handle financial inquiries and provide support to other departments.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
8. Participate in financial audits and assist with audit preparations.
