The Job Requirements: In-depth knowledge of plant operations, machinery, and maintenance procedures. Experience of working in a Fleet, Transport, Highways or Plant Hire organisation Experience of writing specification for procurement & managing projects Detailed understanding of fleet operations relating to plant equipment and any regulatory requirements Ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders Able to analyse problems and issues and present structured solutions Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage performance, and foster a positive work environment. Excellent interpersonal, co-ordination and communication skills (written, Oral and IT) with colleagues, managers, internal and external users and departments. Good working knowledge and high standard of IT competence in data input/outputs and statistical and report preparation via spreadsheet and data bases etc. Ability to provide first class user support and present, at all times, a professional image to internal and external users and suppliers. Health and Safety knowledge – current applicable regulations including.
