About the Role:
Protocol Education are currently seeking to appoint enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to undertake a position at one of our client schools in Lincoln. As a qualified teacher, you'll lead with passion and expertise, guiding students towards academic excellence and personal growth. Qualified Teacher Role:
1. Plan and execute engaging lessons in accordance with the national curriculum standards.
2. Tailor instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities, fostering an inclusive classroom environment.
3. Evaluate student performance through assessments and offer constructive feedback to enhance their academic achievement.
4. Cultivate a supportive and positive atmosphere within the classroom to promote student development and well-being.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the school's mission and ensure the holistic success of all students.
The successful candidate will:
6. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, recognized in the UK.
7. Have a proven track record of delivering effective teaching and achieving positive outcomes for students.
8. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
9. Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for education and lifelong learning.
10. Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
