What you'll do
1. Develop and own a comprehensive sales strategy for each customer Managed Services campaign.
2. Own the sales plan and the plan to win strategy.
3. Responsible for leading the virtual team for the campaign.
4. Engage with appropriate resources and management to ensure solution meets customer needs.
5. Manage the customer interface with key stakeholders and be responsible for the overall sales plan to the customer.
6. Manage deals to ensure adherence to company standards where possible.
7. Ensure efficient service and commercial models are used to maximize customer satisfaction and commercial return.
8. Accountability for presenting the opportunity at relevant internal governance forums for approval.
9. Identify opportunities to cross and upsell the proposed solution into the customer.
10. Assist the Sector account teams with early-life prospecting and qualification of new customer campaigns.
What you'll need
1. 3-5 years experience in selling managed service deals.
2. Ability to build effective and constructive relationships.
3. Virtual team building and working.
4. Ability to manage customer expectations.
5. Comprehensive understanding of Managed Service Offerings.
6. Commercial, financial, and legal understanding.
7. Negotiation and influencing skills applicable to deal size and scope.
8. IT Services market knowledge – awareness of current developments and trends in the IT services market.
9. Broader understanding of key competitors by geography and solution type.
10. Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
11. Ability to understand customer needs and tailor relevant solutions.
12. Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
