A part-time position has arisen within the Spiritual Care Service based at Raigmore Hospital for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality Admin Support service. The successful candidate should have some experience with Admin Support or in an office environment, along with the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team. You will provide comprehensive admin support to the Head of Spiritual Care and Spiritual Care service. This post offers the opportunity to gain experience in the area of administration and secretarial work. Experience with NHS systems is desirable together with good typing speed and accuracy, together with excellent IT and organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work. The post holder will work in busy, and at times challenging environments; managing multiple priorities, both planned and unexpected. The post holder will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrable compassion. The core hours of the service are 8am to 12pm Monday to Friday with flexibility as to the hours worked each day.
