Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly respected education provider, based in Marlborough, to recruit an experienced Interim HR Business Partner, for an initial 6-9 month FTC, with possibility of a longer term contract. You will provide HRBP support across the business and lead on employee relations case work and recruitment. Suitable applicants will possess significant experience of implementing and managing recruitment campaigns and strong working knowledge of employment law, with considerable experience of providing pragmatic ER advice. N.B. Experienced within education (i.e. compliance / safeguarding etc) is essential.
