Remuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage the company's main phone line and email
2. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
3. Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
4. Maintain inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed
5. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment
6. Organise office files for easy accessibility by other staff members
7. Record expenses and manage petty cash
8. Disseminate office communications to the staff
9. Collaborate with partners and staff on a daily basis
10. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning
11. Coordinate catering and logistics for internal and external meetings
12. Maintain conference rooms to company standards
13. Assist with any other related duties as assigned

1. Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
