We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our team. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications, maintaining our CRM system, proofreading key documents, assisting with event planning, and providing general administrative support. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks are essential. You will need a driving licence as travel is possible to some sites and conferences.
