Your Role as a Sales Customer Relationship Manager:
* Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add-ons.
* Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
* Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
* Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
* Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
* Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
What Are We Looking For?
* A full driving licence.
* Honesty, with high levels of integrity.
* Ability to work weekends on a regular basis.
* Target-driven, customer-focused individuals, ideally with sales experience.
* Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
* Competency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
* Well-presented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to work within defined processes and maintain accurate records.
