Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Logistics Administrator for our client based in the Dartford area who are a market leader in their industry.
This is a key role within the business and you will be supporting a very busy warehouse and logistics team.
Job Duties Include:
1. Scan RUN POD's/organise for archive
2. Kitbuilding
3. Daily Operations Meeting sheet
4. Daily Cost Tracker
5. Time sheets daily for all Agency Staff
6. Update hours spreadsheet
7. Investigations
8. General Enquiries
9. Providing ETA's
10. Printing/preparing S/O Picks
11. Logistics Weekly Report (Fridays)
12. Update Weekly Info PowerPoint (Fridays/Mondays)
Essential Qualifications:
1. High level of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office packages
2. Extensive administrative experience
3. Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial
4. Logistics experience
This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8 hours per day with varied start times depending on the needs of the business.
