Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Logistics Administrator for our client based in the Dartford area who are a market leader in their industry.
This is a key role within the business and you will be supporting a very busy warehouse and logistics team.
Job duties include:-
* Scan RUN POD's/organise for archive
* Kitbuilding
* Daily Operations Meeting sheet
* Daily Cost Tracker
* Time sheets daily for all Agency Staff
* Update hours spreadsheet
* Investigations
* General Enquiries
* Providing ETA's
* Printing/preparing S/O Picks
* Logistics Weekly Report (Fridays)
* Update Weekly Info PowerPoint (Fridays/Mondays)
Essential:-
* High level of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office packages
* Extensive administrative experience
* Salesforce and Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial.
* Logistics experience
This is a Monday - Friday role, working 8 hours per day with varied start times depending on the needs of the business.
