What does a Pound Administrator do? A Pound Administrator is responsible for the allocating of resources to enforce vehicles impacting the free flow of traffic in and around Manchester, completing relevant paperwork of removals and taking payments for releases of vehicles enforced. Main duties include: Radio communication to around 80 colleagues daily. Organise resources to attend vehicles for enforcement. Collect Data from on street Civil Enforcement Officers for removal requests. Work as part of a team, communicating with other Admin Officers to ensure the resources are effectively allocated. Assisting customers face to face, mainly regarding vehicle releases. Speaking with customers over the phone via a Clamp Enforcement Payment Line. Following strict Data Protection & GDPR policies and procedures for handling Data. Ensuring quality customer service is delivered at all times. Monitoring and actioning the email inbox throughout the day. Providing a high level of service for the Client. What do you need to be a Pound Administrator?
