The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds. As a Project Manager in the Delivery Team, you will oversee projects from the handover stage from the Pre-Construction team through to the defect’s liability period. During the construction phase, your responsibilities include closely collaborating with developers, contractors and employer's agents to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with the Flagship Design Brief. Additionally, you will take charge of the post-handover management of new build development schemes, maintaining close communication with internal teams and providing accurate and timely information. Playing a crucial role in providing regular and precise information for updating Home England's Investment Management System, ensuring timely claims processing in accordance with required timescales. Providing effective management for all schemes, you’ll report on delivery, cost and quality to contribute to the overall development program. Recording accurate data on completed homes, ensure compliance with financial systems and update scheme appraisals and cashflows from the formal handover. You’ll enforce robust budgetary controls for each development, support in analysing scheme designs and technical requirements and ensure Client duties under Construction Design & Management Regulations (CDM) are fulfilled for each project. You will need to have knowledge and understanding of Homes England funding, grant-funded schemes, housing construction and Health & Safety legislation. With commercial acumen, be confident in dealing with figures, detail and the processes. Educated to A Levels grade C or above standard, or equivalent with a proven track record of delivery of construction projects. A construction related qualification. HND, HNC is desirable. You will need to hold a full valid driving licence.
