ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR - FULL TIME, WASHINGTON

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Finance Department for an Accounts Payable Administrator. Working in a dynamic and forward-thinking team, we are looking for someone who can deliver an excellent service to both our suppliers and internal customers.
What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities
* Processing of purchase invoices following the company authorisation procedures.
* Process supplier payments in line with strict Company KPIs.
* Monitoring and administrating pro-forma payments.
* Manage supplier statements to ensure a reconciled clean purchase ledger.
* Proactively deal with supplier and internal customer queries.
* Be proactive during daily tasks to support process improvements.
* Provide GRNI & creditor reporting
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Skills and experience
* Previous experience of working in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume invoice processing environment.
* Experience in VAT treatment of invoices.
* Highly numerate with excellent IT skills; particularly MS Excel and Word with a high level of both spoken and written English.
* Excellent attention to detail and a drive for problem solving.
* Exposure to working with foreign currency and international supplier.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with motivation to maintain and develop internal and external relationships.
* Experience of stock accounting (multiple products, brands & SKUs) is desirable
