My client, an Engineering company based on Hartlebury Trading Estate is looking to recruit an Administrator on a Temp to Perm basisThe position will be approx. 32 hours per week (4 days) initially whilst you have a handover with the person leaving the role but it eventually become full-time, 40 hours per weekThe main functions of the role will include- Support Reception area and receive Visitors as first point of contact onto the site- Deal with phone and email enquiries- Process Purchase Orders and Process invoices- Be responsible for all the stationary and consumables on site- Managing all requisition forms for the site- Mange all relevant deliveries onto the site- General Admin supportAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Ideally have some previous experience as an Administrator in an Engineering environment- Excellent IT skills especially MS Excel- Strong communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels- Experience of dealing with Purchase Orders and invoices- Self-motivated to work independentlyThe pay-rate on offer for this position is £12.83 an hour Keywords: Admin, Administrator, Purchase Orders, Invoices, stationery, consumables,
