Job Role: Night Customer Service Assistant/Supervisor, Portswood
Hours per week: 30 hours per week
Hourly rate: £11.50-£13.50 per hour
Shift pattern: Working 3 nights out of 7, usual hours will be between 10pm and 8am, so full flexibility during these times is required.
This role is fixed for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights, therefore you must be able to work these three nights each week.
If working between the hours of 11pm and 6am, you will receive an additional £1.50 per hour during those times.

So, just what would you be doing if your application was successful?
As a supervisor, you will be supervising the venue floor and staff on shift, as well as acting as manager in their absence. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Delegating tasks to staff members on shift
2. Liaising with the public and staff members
3. Driving business during the shift
4. Motivating the team to ensure KPIs and targets are met
5. Carrying a master cash float
6. Key holding duties
7. Admin duties
8. Handling customer service escalations
Alongside the above duties, you will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and will play an integral role in the night-to-night running of our venue. You could be:
1. Promoting our excellent offers, promotions, and events
2. Providing refreshments and snacks to our customers
3. Handling cash and providing customers with change
With us operating within the gambling industry, there is an element of ID checking, as we operate a challenge 25 policy across all of our venues, as well as complying with and following strict gambling legislation.

Timekeeping is essential; therefore, we expect you to be on time, presentable, and ready to be a great brand ambassador. We require flexibility to meet the needs of the business across our roles.
For this role, we welcome candidates who speak multiple languages, such as Polish, Romanian, or Arabic in particular.
