Job Description
Monarch Education are currently looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Computer Science Teacher to join a secondary school based in B10 to join their dedicated team. You will be teaching KS3 and KS4 students, helping them develop the skills and knowledge to excel in this ever-evolving subject. This is a long-term, full-time position starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective Computer Science lessons for KS3 and KS4 students.
2. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and development.
3. Support students in their academic journey and personal growth, while maintaining high standards of behaviour.
4. Collaborate with colleagues across the school and trust to continually improve teaching practice.
5. Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring all pupils are given the opportunity to succeed.
6. Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting extra-curricular activities and school events.
What We're Looking For
1. Qualified teacher with a relevant degree and QTS (or equivalent).
2. Passionate about Computer Science and the potential it has to inspire and empower young learners.
3. Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Computer Science (desirable).
4. Excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with students.
5. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
6. Motivated, adaptable, and keen to make a difference in the lives of young people.
