EFAB Resourcing, based at the Wilton Centre, are looking for a Recruiter to join our successful Recruitment Team. The Recruiter will match potential candidates with appropriate roles, advertises job vacancies, reviews CVs, and interviews applicants. The Recruiter is responsible for finding the best candidates for vacancies, and generating new business opportunities. Accountabilities Business Development, to secure new clients Meeting with new and existing clients and suppliers, to develop and expand business opportunities Promoting recruitment services to prospective external clients Screening prospective job applicants to evaluate skills and qualifications Entering job applicant CVs, contact details and communication into the CRM Ensuring potential job candidates are a suitable match for the role Producing and posting job adverts that attract appropriate candidates Achieving recruitment quotas Competencies Experienced Recruiter, ideally having worked in the White Collar market Experience in the Engineering Construction Industry is preferable, but not essential Able to identify people with the right skills as well as cultural fit Able to source new candidates and contractors, and build a talent pool Understand a brief, and translate that back to candidates with a positive outlook on the culture and business Work with senior stakeholders, and managers Able to run recruitment processes from start to finish, managing from initial introduction and screening, through to scheduling interviews A confident communicator, able to balance multiple projects and processes Able to lead resourcing meetings Excellent diary management Can work with external agency stakeholders Experience writing job specs Present ideas in a structured and simplified manner Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience in a similar Recruitment role People skills, honesty, integrity, & reliability Solid written and verbal communication skills High diligence, organisational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Research & analytical skills Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Good presentation skills Understanding of data privacy standards If you’re an experienced Recruiter, with the knowledge and skills detailed above and looking for a new challenge with a fantastic company, then APPLY NOW for further information
