About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Senior HR Manager will manage the operational HR team, ensuring the delivery of efficient, effective, and high-quality HR services across the organization.
This team is responsible for the full 360-degree lifecycle management of our employees, including onboarding, payroll, reward and benefits, training and development, retention, engagement, wellbeing, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Delivery Leadership: Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the HR team by leading weekly priority team meetings, conducting one-on-one sessions with team members, and tracking performance against team KPIs. This includes UK and International HR and payroll processes.
* SAP SuccessFactors Implementation: Support the ongoing embedding and improvement of our core HRIS (SAP Success Factors, known internally as Aspire
