We are seeking a dynamic Finance Assistant / Administrator, with a meticulous eye for detail, to join our friendly team based in Rochester.

Duties will include:
* Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems across our group of companies.
* Review and verify subcontractor information and documentation for compliance and accuracy.
* Prepare and maintain payment lists for subcontractors and vendors.
* Submit invoices to clients in a timely manner.
* Perform bank / credit card reconciliations by data entry, comparing bank statements to company records, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues.
* Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
* Generate reports and summaries as needed, including financial reports related to reconciliations and payments.
* Assist in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and best practices.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Collaborate with team members across different companies to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
* 2/3 year’s experience in a similar role
* Experience with Cashflow would be advantageous
* Keen eye for detail
* Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanour
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential.
