Join our team as a Senior Facilities Cleaner, where you will lead the cleaning responsibilities at HamiltonJet. We are seeking someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and well organised and who thrives in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
About the role
As our Senior Facilities Cleaner, you'll help keep our communal areas, offices, and factory spaces spotless. Your skills will make sure every part of our facility is clean, safe, and welcoming.
What you'll do:
1. Regularly clean walkways, restrooms, locker rooms, and offices
2. Sanitise frequently touched surfaces to help everyone stay healthy
3. Maintain and coordinate a cleaning schedule for the facility
4. Gather feedback from our team to keep improving our cleaning processes
5. Schedule deep cleaning during quieter times to keep things running smoothly
6. Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and hygiene products so we're always stocked up
7. Train your fellow cleaner the best techniques to maintain our high standards
What you need:
1. Previous experience in cleaning and facilities management
2. Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
3. Ability to communicate well and train others
