Education required:
1. Must have/be predicted three A levels at CCC or above or equivalent.
2. GCSE Mathematics and English (grade A*-C / 9-4) or equivalent.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.
Location: You will rotate between Harlow and Ware sites during this apprenticeship. You must live within a 60-minute commute of the site location on the day you start your apprenticeship as you are expected to be on site daily.
Expected start date: September 2025
Duration: 3 years

We are looking for motivated individuals with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn, who are excited to join the Research & Development function to carry out a range of operational and logistical activities in a dynamic environment required to support the delivery of medicine to clinical trial patients. No prior experience is required as you will be given full training.
What will you do?
* Learn and apply the best practices in inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operational activities.
* Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery of materials and medicines, including warehousing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a timely and smooth flow of medicines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
* Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
* Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
* Contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
* Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.

* A competitive starting base salary of £20,800 per year, which increases after year 1 to £26,400 (subject to annual review), plus an annual bonus based on company performance.
