Housing Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance Manager
Starting salary £39,382 (with potential progression to £42,383 on achieving designated skills and experience)
Full-time, fixed term contract for 2 years
37 hours per week (hybrid working)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Neighbourhood and Enforcement Team to help us deliver a first-class housing and estate management service to our tenants and leaseholders.
Maintaining our housing estates is a vital part of ensuring that our tenants and communities are able to live in safe, well-managed, and desirable neighbourhoods. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help us shape our estate management policy and functions and deliver them with a consistent approach that has the satisfaction of our tenants at its heart.
You will have worked in a similar environment and will be used to collaborating with contractors and residents to help look after shared amenities and outdoor spaces. Resolving practical issues and service planning will be key to your success as will managing a small team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, as well as the capability to plan and organise varied workload streams, are also some of the attributes that you will bring to our team.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
