This is a part time role (21 h/w) the part time salary will be pro-rata of the full time salary stated (£36,381 -£39,379)
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong administrative experience to join Imperial College’s Cystic Fibrosis and Chronic Lung Infections (CF&CLI) group.
Directed by Professor Jane Davies, the group comprises postdoctoral researchers, postgraduate students, research fellows, and clinicians running numerous research projects.
You will support the efficient and effective operation of the research administration.
What you would be doing
You will have a key role in the daily administration of the CF&CLI and clinical trials research team, undertaking work disseminated from Professor Jane Davies’ personal assistant.
You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including, assisting in publication submissions, organising meetings, ordering consumables, processing expenses, monitoring and updating clinical research filing records.

* You have excellent computer and word processing skills
* You can show initiative and manage your own workload
