An opportunity has arisen to join our industry-leading team as Partnerships Marketing Manager. We’re looking for an experienced, innovative and highly motivated individual who will lead our partnership activity to help drive sales through promotional activity, raise our profile through collaborative campaigns, and differentiate our brand through creative and innovative executions.
You’ll be an ‘ideas’ person who thrives on seeking out, pitching and securing commercial opportunities. This will include forging and managing partnerships with hotels, airlines and tourist boards from around the world. As such, you’ll be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, skilled at making meaningful connections.
As an integral part of the Marketing team, you’ll find ways to work with new and existing partners to amplify and elevate brand campaign activities – finding ways to make them even more impactful and drive commercial advantage.
Hybrid working can be considered for this role, working a minimum of 3 days a week at our Leyland office and 2 days remotely, dependent upon business requirements. UK and some overseas travel will be required.

To be considered for this role, we need you to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
1. Strong experience within a business environment
2. A good understanding of the principles of marketing, project management and the creative process
3. Marketing promotions and campaigns knowledge.
4. Able to support the delivery of partnerships campaigns
5. Co-ordinate the team to ensure all creative is sent to partners for sign off within agreed SLAs to ensure the production is completed within the agreed timescales
6. Take ownership of all campaign wrap up packs for each campaign delivered
7. Strong relationship building and maintenance skills
8. Budget management and target-driven sales experience
9. Meticulous organisational and attention to detail
Desirable:
10. Knowledge / experience of the travel industry – ideally B2B
