Role Specification: Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with their luggage. Provide courteous and efficient service, ensuring guest needs are met promptly. Escort guests to their rooms and provide brief information about hotel and spa facilities. Assist with delivering guest requests, such as room service orders, room transfers, taxi requests. Keep public areas are kept tidy and replenished throughout the day. Coordinate with reception and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences. Assist on reception duties when required. Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7 per week. Note: Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
