We have an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join our commercial team at our Head Office in Basingstoke, initially on a three-month fixed term contract.
What will you be doing?
As French Speaking Customer Service Administrator, you will manage customer accounts to deliver excellent service.
Key duties:
1. Call handling and direct contact with the customer.
2. Entering orders and managing order fulfilment
3. Communicating with customers on status of their orders and back orders.
4. Chasing missing lines on orders and liaise with operations team for an update.
5. Supporting price and invoice queries from customers and sales teams
6. Raising credits for customers.
