Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage vacant property operations across the country, ensuring properties are turned around quickly to minimise rental loss and maximise occupancy. Develop and implement consistent processes to manage vacant properties, maintaining high standards and meeting time and budget targets. Work closely with regional teams, contractors, and other departments to streamline the process of managing vacant properties, including inspections, contractor management, and property handovers. Monitor performance, analyse data, and use best practices to reduce the time properties stay vacant and lower associated costs. Create and manage a programme for vacant properties across all locations, setting standards for quality and turnaround times for both sales and rental properties. Develop and maintain systems to ensure vacant properties are managed efficiently and consistently across all regions. Ideally, you will be a chartered construction professional with a degree in a building-related field
