Responsibilities:
� Work collaboratively in a Sales Coordination team to process orders.
� Proactively follow up on customer quotes and orders.
� Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention.
� Conduct business-to-business calls to customers who have requested quotes.
� Actively engage with your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
� Confidently handle phone calls and communicate effectively with customers.
� Efficiently process orders using the company's internal system.

� Working hours: Monday to Friday.
