Job Description:
Trant Engineering Ltd, a leading provider of EPC engineering and construction services, has an immediate requirement for an experienced SHE Manager based in Southampton. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive SHEQ management systems that align with industry standards and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of SHEQ policies, procedures, and programs.
* Coordinate site-specific risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate incident investigations and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders on SHEQ-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar SHEQ role, coupled with a NEBOSH National Diploma or equivalent, IEMA Level 3 Environmental Management, and a CSCS card, is required. Proficiency in ISO14001, ISO45001, and accident investigation techniques is highly desirable.
