We are looking for a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our County Programmes Team. You will be interacting with staff, parents/carers and students to help support our long running county groups and summer school alongside our half-term activities and projects. The role holder will need to be able to manage a complex workload and will, at times, be required to work at different locations.
This job is available full-time. We want fantastic people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time, so a job share would also be considered.
What you’ll do
* Provide administrative and on the ground support to the County Programmes team in delivering county-wide activities, including the Kent Music Summer School and half-term programmes.
* Play a key role in the efficient running of all groups and the development of new groups and their activities
* Provide excellent customer service and communication with parents, carers and students
* Help to produce effective evaluation methods of our activities
* Support the County Programmes Lead with staff and student recruitment
Please return your completed application form and equality & diversity form to recruitment@kent-music.com by no later than 9am on Tuesday 28th January 2025
Interviews will be held during the week beginning 3rd February 2025
