My client is looking for a HR Assistant to be based at their Grantham premises. The client is seeking someone with experience in HR and the Temporary role is initially for 3 months but could potentially be extended. The role is to be supporting the client with a large file organisation along with administrative support to the HR manager. The right candidate must have impeccable time management, strong organisational skills and be able to update the client's system accordingly.
Responsibilities included within this role but not limited to:
• Review all paper staff files and ensure everything is scanned into the correct electronic files.
• Study all staff files to ensure that there is no missing paperwork or documents.
• Be able to work with their own initiative.
• Look at all staff files to ensure that any previous complaints or offences are logged on the data base.
• Be confident with MS packages and basic IT skills.
• Ensure that all files are GDPR compliant.
• Backtrack and update all staff data sets on Equator to include their Equal ops data.
• Have good verbal and written English
• Backtrack and update all staff data sets to log any relevant health issues on the tracker.
• Possibly assist the HR Manager with recruitment, payroll process and training new/existing staff.
• Ensure the welfare of staff members are up to standard.
The hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 16:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 13:30pm.
Total hours of 37.5 hours per week with the hourly rate of £13.
