Position
An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Service Support Officer based at Alisa Hospital, Ayr (with Hybrid Working) on a Fixed Term basis for 18 months.
What you will do:
Working within the Digital Services ServiceDesk, you will provide a comprehensive 1st line technical telephone support service to NHS Ayrshire and Arran. You will ensure the continuous availability and efficiency of the IT clinical and administrative systems through troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of desktop hardware and software.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
A HND in Computer and Network Support or equivalent is essential, as is experience supporting desktop hardware and software, including Remote access solutions.
Knowledge and experience of supporting Microsoft products including Office 365 also essential.

Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday-Friday with Hybrid working.
