We're looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Co-op.
About the Job
* This is a part-time, permanent position with varied shifts available, including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
* You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Main Responsibilities
1. Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
2. Work closely with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the overall shopping experience.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales, stock levels, and other relevant data to ensure seamless store operations.
4. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
5. Support local community initiatives and events as needed.
