About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Design Studio Team Lead to lead an in-house creative team, overseeing the graphic design department and managing creative workflow, projects, and team operations. This is not a hands-on design role; instead, we seek a candidate from a design background with strong experience in managing creative teams and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the in-house creative visual design team, ensuring efficient workflow and project execution.
* Lead and mentor team members, developing their capabilities and fostering a high-performance creative environment.
* Own the creative process from briefing to final delivery, ensuring brand consistency and high standards.
* Manage resource allocation, balancing demand versus delivery across multiple design projects.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure creative objectives align with business goals.
* Ensure all creative work adheres to the latest brand guidelines and partnership agreements.
* Bring innovation and diverse creative ideas to enhance the team’s output.
* Oversee production processes and supplier management to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution.
* Support photoshoots and filming days, providing in-studio sign-off on design and branding deliverables.
Candidate Profile (Essential):
* Proven experience in managing a design team, ideally within an in-house creative department or agency.
* Strong background in design, with an in-depth understanding of creative workflows and project management.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations, advocate for the team, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
* Extensive experience delivering branding, digital, print, signage, and illustration projects.
* First-class organisational, leadership, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Benefits:
* On-site gym and exercise studio
* Subsidised restaurant and on-site parking with EV chargers
* Competitive salary and bonus scheme
* Car lease scheme
* Private medical cover and life assurance
* 25 days holiday
* A collaborative, high-performance culture with flexible working opportunities
* Relocation Package
