My client is offering a contract opportunity for skilled Fabricators to join their team based at their Rosyth site. You will play a key part in helping to build the new 'Inspiration' class, Type 31 frigate due to be delivered by the end of 2028. Role: Fabricator Hourly Rate: Competitive Overtime Radius Allowance Location: Rosyth, Dunfermline Hours: Monday to Thursday standard working days (OT available) Security clearance: BPSS Responsibilities: Structural steel fabrication Working with high tolerances Lining out and marking off Interpretation of drawings, and specifications, for fabrication work Grinding, burning and drilling Use of disc cutters, guillotine and band saws Arc air gouging Tack welding Making moulds and Templates Fabrication and fitting ventilation Experience & Qualifications You will be a qualified Fabricator, having completed either an Indentured Apprenticeship or Level 3 Modern Apprenticeship in a sheet metal, structural steel or fabrication related discipline.
