The Long-haul Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our long-haul sales and will be responsible for achieving set long-haul targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the long-haul market, customer needs, and product offerings. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and strong experience around Commercial and product roles. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape within the long-haul sector. Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance long haul products, ensuring they meet customer needs and market demands. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market share for long haul services. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with supplier, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Strategy: Design and implement sales strategies to achieve company strategies, Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize commercial opportunities. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, adapting Hays Values Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial management, preferably in the long-haul sector. Strong understanding of product development and market dynamics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
